Ready to get moving? Let’s go!
Part One: TABATA (Monday – Thursday)
Do 20sec work/10 seconds rest for 8 minutes using the following exercises. Do two 8-minute sets.
Part Two: Ladder Workout (Friday – Sunday)
Work your way from 2 reps to 10 reps and back down, using the following exercises. Increase by 2 reps after every round until you reach 10 and then decrease by 2 until you’re back at zero.
