That means you’ll be getting a crazy amount of cardio without ever stepping on a treadmill, and your metabolism will be switched on to high. You’ll also strengthen every muscle from head to toe—especially your core and shoulders.
Directions: Perform the exercises below in the order listed:
1. Kettlebell clean and press, 20 reps
2. Kettlebell swing, 30 reps
3. Kettlebell alternating pushup, 5 to 10 reps per side
4. Moving mountain climber, 40 reps
5. Jump rope, 50 reps
Rest 2 minutes. That’s 1 round. Do 5 rounds.
