Ryan Sandes’ Pro Tips For The #DanvsJason Weight Loss Challenge
South African trail runner, Ryan Sandes, best known for winning the world’s toughest 250km races, gave Dan Nicholl his best weight loss challenge advice. Sandes let the talk show host in on where the everyday man should start if he wants to get to a Sandes-approved fitness level.
Best known as “Hedgie,” the runner noted that the older he gets, the more healthy he eats. “I’m no longer a spring chicken now when it comes to recovery,” he said. “It comes down to planning and eating correctly,” he added, noting that one should eat more earlier in the day, and avoid eating at night. “I guess once you get into a routine and a schedule, the rest will come naturally.”
