It offers a well-planned and compelling message, but holds off letting you know what it is as the evidence about a mystery treatment piles up; it presents scientific studies in a simple but not simplistic manner; it engages multiple senses at the same time with clear drawings, written words, and spoken words used simultaneously; and the use of time-lapse photography of a hand writing and erasing on a whiteboard is simple but elegant (this is the first such presentation I’ve happened across, though I see others using the same technique exist).
And the mystery treatment? Taking just 1/2 hour out of your sitting or sleeping time every day for a dose of walking exercise (hence the name, 23.5 hours).
