Whirlpool and Men’s Health have put together a simple, yet delicious recipe for fillet steak, sweet potato wedges and chimichurri sauce, using the Crisp function. The best part? You can impress her with your culinary skills in less than 20 minutes.



— 1 large sweet potato
— Salt and pepper
— Olive oil
— 1/2 Beef fillet
— Tbsp Shallots
— Tsp Chilli
— Tbsp Garlic
— Handful of chopped parsley, origanum and coriander
— Lemon juice


1/ Slice one sweet potato and place on a microwaveable plate
2/ Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil
3/ Cook in the Whirlpool Jetchef on the Crisp function for 10 minutes
4/ Season your fillet and drizzle with olive oil
5/ Cook in the Whirlpool Jetchef on the Crisp function for 5 – 10 minutes
6/ While your fillet is cooking, place the shallots, chilli, garlic, salt and peper, herbs and olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl.
7/ Whisk.
8/ Add more lemon juice if desired.
9/ Slice fillet
10/ Serve with the potatoes and chimichurri sauce. Enjoy!
