Burn More Fat With Chilli Sauce

Men's Health |

Take your steak to Mexico. A Dutch study suggests that you may burn more fat if you add meat and chilli sauce to a reduced-kilojoule diet. People who more than doubled their protein intake and added 1 030 milligrams of ground cayenne pepper (a heaped half teaspoon) to their daily diet felt fuller and burned more kilojoules than those on other diets. The pepper compound capsaicin spurs fat loss while protein keeps you full, the researchers say. Fear fiery foods? Try cayenne capsules, like Solgar Cayenne (R149, Wellness Warehouse)
