Part One: Ladder Down Workout (Monday – Thursday)
Perform the following exercises in a ladder format starting from 20 reps per move and working your way down to zero (20, 16, 12, 8, 4).
Part Two: Quickfire Ab Circuit (Friday – Sunday)
Perform three rounds of the following exercises. Do 40 seconds work followed by 20 seconds rest for each of them.
