Watch: Lucky Fadzi Performs The Most Insane Box Jump We’ve Seen

Last month, Lucky Fadzi entered #MHBeastmode, with his kneeling box jump submission quickly gaining the most votes on our site, making him our March Beastmode winner. And it came as no surprise. Lucky, who is 1.6m tall, jumped a whopping 1.2m high.

What’s more is, he started the jump on his knees. It’s no wonder he hopes to make the 2020 South African Olympic sprint team – he’s a born athlete.

“I saw someone jumping 1metre from the knees, and I’m like, ‘I think I can do much better than that,” he says. Lucky gave us the lowdown on how he began jumping at crazy heights and some crucial tips on how you can do the move yourself.
