However, a three-year old New York based start up company has become email marketers worst nightmare and many email users best friend. Unroll.Me is a free online service that helps consumers opt out of unwanted commercial e-mails and consolidate wanted ones into daily digests.
During their three years in operation they have identified 22 million unique subscriptions and has stopped more than five billion emails from invading users inboxes. A study conducted by the Danwood Group calculated that Unroll.Me has saved users more than five billion minutes. Recently they surpassed one million users and is seen by them as a very major milestone. The past few months has seen an enormous growth in the consumer market and increasing influence in the B2B market.

Unroll.Me allows users to regain control over their email by letting them unsubscribe in the masses from email subscriptions that don’t want anymore or they can organize the cluttered subscriptions they do want into one email digest called the Rollup.
