This Fat-Loss Face Melter Workout Will Fry Your Flab In Minutes

Personal trainer Jeremy Scott whipped up the ultimate fat-loss finisher to slap onto the end of your usual workout and send calories up in smoke. Here’s what it entails:

1. High knee sprint in place, 10 seconds on and 10 seconds rest

2. Running mountain climber, 10 seconds on and 10 seconds rest

3. Skater hop, 10 seconds on and 10 seconds rest

4. Plyo-clap pushup, 10 seconds on and 10 seconds rest

5. Repeat what you’ve just done, then rest for 1 minute. That’s 1 round. Do 5.
