Here are nine exercises to rebuild your body courtesy of TRX trainer Paul Rothschild. Start by aiming to complete three sets of 10 reps of each exercise, with a minute’s rest in between each set. Once you have passed the beginner’s stage, you can cut your rest time to 30 seconds and make each exercise harder by changing your body angle for more resistance.
