Trainer Jeremy Scott has developed this dumbbell drill to add onto your arms day workout. 

Here’s how it works:

60 seconds walkout with pushup

60 seconds plank positions row with 2 froggers

60 seconds burpee with curl and press

That’s 1 round. Do 3 to 5 rounds, with rest as needed.
