Men’s Health Runner Up??Get Your December issue of Men’s Health| About a year ago I was gutted I didn’t make it into the Top10 but God was preparing me for something greater. 3years ago – I was at the lowest point of my life, everyday felt the same and I didn’t know how to go on. Sacrificed a lot time out with friends and family, lost a couple of relationships whilst working on myself. I didn’t make the cover but this will be a memorabilia of the amount of dedication,hard work, sweat and commitment I put into turning my life around. “Never take a single moment for granted” Thank you for all the messages but most of all your unconditional love, care and support.
