Are You Exercising Correctly?
It is never cool to tell someone that you injured yourself whilst working out, as they will think you’re an amateur. If you going to try a certain exercise for the first time, get a ‘lil professional help; it will not hurt you, as starting with the right form is pertinent.

Set Positive Goals
