Hugh Jackman Raves About This 7-Minute Exercise That Builds Muscle and Strips Fat

Hollywood superstar Hugh Jackman has long stood-out as one of cinema’s most-ripped leading men. When you’re signed on to play a muscular mutant for multiple movies, it kinda comes with the territory. Recently, Jackman took to his personal Facebook account to share a breakthrough he made in the gym, after crushing 2000 meters on the rowing machine in just 7 minutes. As he points out, rowing is great exercise for stripping fat that you can do when you’re crunched for time.
