Personal trainer Gideon Akande whipped up this 5-move, 5-minute workout designed to give your entire body a bootcamp workout.

Work for 50 seconds, rest 10 seconds.

  1. Glute bridge
  2. Plank into pushup
  3. Backward lunge
  4. Dumbbell row
  5. High knee run and shoulder tap

Repeat 4 times if you’re up for it!
