The streets were buzzing in the Mother City on Monday: the boys were back in town. And this time, with the Webb Ellis 2019 Rugby World Cup trophy. Bars and balconies filled along Long and Loop St, while hundreds followed as the Springbok tour bus came passed the Jan van Riebeeck statue. An energy that South Africans haven’t felt enough in recent times.
