1. Move Like The Wind With Cape Town Ziplining
Experience the most exhilarating activities in the Mother City. Cape Town Ziplining is a thrilling adventure situated on the southern side of Table Mountain. Rated as one of Africa’s best, it’s the perfect activity for someone seeking an adventure.
You’ll begin with a short briefing at the SA Forest Adventure’s office at Silvermist Estate. A short guided 4X4 drive into the mountain follows, after which you’ll begin ziplining. The highest zipline is 155 metres high. The tour is around 2.3km in total with seven cables ranging from 190m to 507m long.

2. Swing Into Action At Moses Mabhida Stadium
Let go of your fears and free fall 80m into Moses Mabhida’s stadium bowl. On the 14 May 2011, Guinness World Book of records named the Big Swing the world’s tallest swing. Feel the adrenaline rushing through your veins as you take the leap off the platform and swing into a 220m arc.
The stadium itself offers other adrenaline pumping activities. Take the SkyCar up to take in the mesmerising views surrounding the city, or if you’re brave go on an adventure walk to the top of the stadium arch.
3. Abseil Down The Orlando Towers
While the Orlando Towers is commonly known for its bungee jump, it also hosts various other adventures you that will set your heart racing. What was once the cooling towers for the Orlando Power Station now boasts a host of adventure activities. They’re also painted with murals in bright colours.
Take your adventure into your own hands as your abseil down the towers. No experience or equipment needed – just show up for the time of your life.
Prefer descending face forward instead of backwards? Go rap jumping instead. It’s similar to abseiling, but you descending facing the ground. It’s the perfect way to take in the vast space around you while getting your adrenaline pumping.

4. Paraglide Off Lions Head
Take flight for this adventure as you soar above the city, taking in the all the breathtaking views it has to offer. Drink in sights of the ocean, the mountainous landscapes and the bustling city.

5. Satisfy Your Inner Climber
