Moustaches so epic they have lives of their own.
1 Salvador Dali
His work of stache is as extraordinary as his surrealist works of art. The Dali moustache is thin, with tips curled upward. Often copied, never matched, even Lady Gaga sported the Dali moustache to the premier of her new album.
2 Daniel Lawlor
While some wear their heart on their sleeves, Daniel Lawlor wears his life code on his face. His freestyle stache looks much like a DNA double-helix structure. No wonder he won first place in the Freestyle Moustache category at the USA National Beard and Moustache Championships this year.
3 Charlie Chaplin
Although the toothbrush moustache is synonymous with Hitler, word has it the man of silent comedy, Sir Charlie Chaplin, sported a black furry blot above his lip since 1915. And his upper lip brow spoke as loud as his body language, but only because he didn’t.
4 Albert Einstein
"Since 99.362% of women love moustache rides, it seems only a fool would have a bare upper lip." And with those words, it is no secret that Einstein was all for a furry upper lip. Certainly not the most kempt stache, but what genius has time for that anyway. The bushy lip brows completes his mad-scientist look.
If women can wear weaves, surely us guys can stick on a fake stache every now and then, yeah? The mock-umentary wouldn't be the same without Sacha Baron Cohen's thick stache.
6 Anton Taylor
7 Ram Singh Chauhan
At 14 feet long, you can't stash this. Ram Singh Chauhan is the proud owner of the world's longest moustache as recognised by the Guiness Book of World Records. 32 years of grooming those upper lip locks earns him a deserving spot in our top 10.
8 Philip Erasmus
One word for those lip locks: fan-stache-ties. Drummer for Afrikaans electro band Die Heuwels Fantasties, Philip Erasmus puts a curl into his dali-like moustache. And besides his awesome stache, his hilarious Instagram clips are bound to crack you up.
9 Tom Selleck
This iconic movie star's stache is thick and full. He would be unrecognisable without it.
10 Salma Hayek
Barely visible, but her fine milk-stache is there. Sexy actress Salma Hayek played famous mexican painter Frida Kahlo (who was revered for her moustache) in the 2002 film Frida. What is it with artists and staches?
