Sleeping naked may not be appealing in winter but with spring fast approaching, here is a few reasons why it could benefit you in more ways than one.
No More Sleepless Nights

The hour’s where you receive the most sleep are between 10 pm- 2am which is when you’re your cortisol levels are at its minimum as after 2 am your clever ‘lil body starts preparing itself for the next day hence why you wake up feeling energized.
If you do not get enough sleep, you tend to wake up with unusually high cortisol levels, which trigger your appetite for comfort foods; but if you ditch your pj’s, sleeping naked helps to regulate those cortisol levels.

With elastic bands around your waist, twisted t-shirts and tight socks cutting off your circulation which makes it difficult for your blood to flow more freely through your body. “This increased circulation benefits the heart, muscles, and arteries as the oxygen rich blood flows to your extremities.”
