She could be the coolest supercentenarian (someone who has lived to or passed their 110th birthday) around as her secret to living a long life has nothing to do with the fictional ‘Fountain of Youth’ but more to do with her choice of drink , which is referred to as the ‘Champagne of Beers’ , Miller High Life Beer.

Agnes Fenton who reigns from New Jersey, celebrated her 110th birthday has been enjoying three bottles of Miller High Life every day for the past 70 years and occasionally mixing it up with a shot of Johnnie Walker Blue Label.

She started this ritual after her doctor informed her about her only health problem, a benign tumour but due to her appetite declining her caregivers have stopped allowing her to drink.

However, when she celebrated her birthday, she had something to say about that, “When asked if they would let her enjoy a shot on her birthday, Fenton answered like a true 110-year-old boss: “They better.”

Although the most rewarding key to longevity could be eating a healthy balanced diet, staying away from drugs, tobacco and exercising regularly or could it have more to do with your genes and family history but either way. Who would have thought that is supercentenarian enjoyed a few brews a day, coupled with a shot of whiskey from time to time.

Agnes Fenton is definitely onto something, just be aware of over doing it. What do you think?
