A cup of tea or coffee could save 
your life, according to a new study in the Journal of Nutrition.

The study which took place over 11 years showed that drinking two or more cups of tea per day lowered your mortality risk by 37% and a high tea consumption was associated with a 67% lower cancer risk. Another study found that drinking green tea regularly could also boost your memory. If tea sounds like something you pretend to drink with your niece at parties that include Barbie, swop it for coffee.

The study also showed that drinking four or more cups of coffee per day was associated with a 43% lower risk of non-vascular mortality.
