1 Awakening The Chi
Let’s start with an easy one: bring your hands to chest height, stretch them out in front of you then lower.
2 Bridge Over Water
Lift your arms in a circle over your head then lower them. Gently raise up and down on your toes as you do so.
3 Goose Looks For Food
Bring your arms round in an arc, shaking your hands to loosen up the arms.
