    Severe sunburn isn’t just a desert side effect. Just 30 minutes of sun exposure can trigger symptoms such as chills, nausea and swelling, which are caused by your immune system trying to repair your skin. While sunburn can strike anyone, men using tetracycline antibiotics have more sensitive skin and are more prone to the problem.

    Your heat shield Order the fish. Eating fatty fish may help stave off severe searing, according to a University of Manchester study. Aim to eat two 85g servings of salmon every week to see the benefit. Also, slather on SPF30 sunscreen.
