While sunburn can strike anyone, men using tetracycline antibiotics have more sensitive skin and are more prone to the problem.
Your heat shield Order the fish. Eating fatty fish may help stave off severe searing, according to a University of Manchester study. Aim to eat two 85g servings of salmon every week to see the benefit. Also, slather on SPF30 sunscreen.
