A delicious combination of spicy and sweet, these wraps are perfect for any member of the family and great as a snack or a meal.

What You Need
Serves 4
2 t curry powder
0.5 t hot sauce
4 peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
2 T apple cider vinegar
1 T olive oil
450g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
100g flaked almonds
50g spring onions, chopped
1 cos lettuce, the leaves torn into bite-size pieces
4 wholewheat tortillas/wraps

Method
Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chicken, almonds, spring onions, curry powder and hot sauce. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Remove contents from the pan and place in a large bowl. Cover to keep warm. In the same pan, add the peaches and the vinegar. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes, or until the peaches are just heated through. Stir the peaches and torn lettuce into the chicken mixture. Divide the mixture among the tortillas, roll up and serve.
