For the burgers
• 2 chicken breasts
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp masala powder
• 1 pinch garam masala
• 1 tbsp ginger, chopped
• 1 chilli, chopped
• 1 tbsp fresh coriander
• 1 lime juice and rind
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Ingredients for the chips
• 1 cucumber, cut into batons
• mixed salad leaves
• masala to sprinkle

Ingredients for the sauce
• 4 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp mango chutney
• 1 tbsp mint leaves, chopped

Method
1) Mince the burger ingre-dients in a food processor. Shape into four patties. Fry on high heat in a generous amount of oil for 8 minutes.
2) Top the chips with the masala. Mix together the sauce ingredients and serve.
