Lunch: Ostrich burger and chips


150g McCain ovenbake chips
1 tbsp olive oil
1 I&J ostrich burger patty
1 omega-3 brown roll
Lettuce leaves
1 tomato, sliced
½ red onion, sliced into rings
Heinz BBQ sauce


Preheat the oven and cook the chips (equivalent of two potatoes) according to the packaging instructions. In the meantime, heat the oil in a non-stick pan and cook the burger until well browned on the outside and juicy on the inside. Remove and allow to rest for a minute or two. Slice the roll in half, layer with lettuce, tomato slices and the burger patty. Top with onion rings and BBQ sauce and serve with the chips.
