Use a light weight requiring about 50% effort. On the downward part of the move, focus on pulling the bar down with your triceps as if you’re performing a push-down. This creates a neuromuscular link between the biceps and triceps that prepares the triceps for action. Do three sets of eight to 12 reps.

I have a brother and he is very skinny and although my father always told him to start working out, only because he is in the GG&G he doesn't listen. I don't understand him, at least i don't want to hear him wining all day about why he doesn't have a great body.
