Download The Scrawny To Brawny Workout
Use this plan to BULK UP all over and get the body you want
If you ask a skinny guy where he wants to grow the most, he’ll keep the answer nice and simple:
“chest, shoulders and biceps, please.” Rest assured, this workout can add serious size to those areas, which we highlight on this page. but it’ll also muscle up your legs and back. The upshot: you’ll look bigger and buffer from every angle.

Nice
I need this workout
Hi, at last some info for the scrawny folks out there. Please give us some more info and exercises. I bought the book scrawny to brawny by John Berardi and Michael Mejia, great book by the way. But youre never to old to learn something new, new exercise ect. Thanks, keep up the good work.
Hi, I found a workout similar to this one in a back issue of Men's Health I had laying around, and tried it. I went from 77kg to 86kg in just over 3 weeks, and am still going strong! Thanks Men's Health for giving me the perfect workout for my body shape, and helping me to regain a truck load of lost confidence. You guys rock!
Thanks for the great follow up in your Feb issue.
I'm weighing 65kg with a height of 1.84m, I've been trying to gain some muscles but its not working out for me, but this one maybe!
Very helpful to us stick-figured guys (1.86m tall and tipping the scales at 70kg).
Although training is key, it is not all. Your body needs fuel to grow!! The calculator listed on p89 seams to be dodgey. Either that or I am stupid.
My target weight (T) is 82kg and I train for roughly 5 to 6 hours per week (H). Now using the supplied formula of kilojoules required [T x(H+11) = K] i need 1435 kilojoules, 102 g protein, 41 grams of fat and 164 carbohydrates.
Something seems off? Anybody care to verify?
Really good workout, its my 3rd week on this and I am seeing results already.
